Damaged Items

At Lumidell, we take great care in packaging our products to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically broken. Minor damage to the outer packaging, such as dents or scratches on the shipping box, does not qualify as product damage if the item itself remains in good condition.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

To report a damaged item, email support@lumidell.com with a clear photo showing the damage and your order details.

Our support team will review your request and determine whether you qualify for a free replacement.

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for damage caused by normal use, general wear and tear, or misuse of the product, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
